Top Performers

logo

Tatiana Mason | Brush | G 2027

Mason is a physical guard/wing that can do it on both ends of the floor. She’s got good size for the next level and she’s only a rising sophomore. Mason scored a majority of her points in the paint in the game that I watched but can knock down open threes as well. Brush has a hood squad with some height this year and Mason is a great piece for them.

Joplin Yoder | Hiland | F 2025

Yoder has good ball skills for a post. Although she is a big, she looks for the three more than in the paint and she knocked down a couple vs Newark. She has good post moves inside and used a pump fake to get a open layup. She’s gonna be a key piece for a always talented Hiland squad.

Milee Smith | Unioto | G 2026

Unioto was outmatched vs Laurel but Smith did her best to lead the Sherman’s to close game. She is positionless and can score the basketball. Her hustle stuck out on both ends of the floor, especially on the defensive side. She’s only a rising junior and will continue to get better.

Saniyah Hall | Laurel | F 2026

The Laurel forward is ESPN number 4 in the nation in the class of 2026. She’s listed at 6’0 but she’s best at shooting from behind the arc. She was the best shooter in the gym no question. With offers to all of the WBB powerhouses in the country, college coaches lined the seats to see her play. She grabbed rebounds over opposing players when she wasn’t outside the arc. She’s extremely talented for only being halfway through high school.

Lania Moore | Massillon | G 2025

Moore was one of the better point guards in the gym on Saturday. I didn’t see her miss a single free throw. She passed the ball well and didn’t turn it over, while also finishing most layups at the rack. She’s every coaches dream point guard.

Denza Allen | Big Walnut | F 2025

Allen is one of the most talented lefty in the gym. She’s got a few d1 offers under her belt entering her senior year. She’s got a good frame for a wing and is talented with the ball in her hands. She’s didn’t shoot a whole lot but she affects her team by rebounding and passing as well. Big Walnut has another big and a bunch of shooters and will be one of the best girls high school teams this winter.
